Last time I benched, I got that cramp in the exact same spot.

Yes, of course. I have a set of goals I'm working on right now that I will accomplish before going down that road.

After a previous attempt, which failed due to my inattentiveness and general lack of motivation to update, I bring forth an honest attempt at a log of Donut's doings. Due to life circumstances and work schedules, I will have to drop my judo and ju jitsu class stuff. So I plan to regroup and refocus on lifting, which when I make an honest assessment of my various sporting adventures has always been the one thing I have enjoyed the most.

Anyways, without further ado:

Current stats:
Age: 25
Height: 5'-11"
Weight: 235 lbs (215 at start of log)

Starting PL Total (November 1, 2007):
Squat: 365
Deadlift: 455
Bench: 275
PL Total: 1095

Current PL Total (updated as the log progresses):
Squat: 545
Deadlift: 625
Bench: 370
PL Total: 1540

Other PR's:
Press: 230 (175 at start of log)
Push Press: 303 (205 at start of log)

Very cool. I knew that you did judo; but I didn't know about the JJ.

What goals are you looking to accomplish before setting aim on strongman?

The Dog has been blocked at work for me (again) as of last week. Coming home and reading all this crap is depressing. This drama is ridiculous. If I wanted to introduce someone who lifts to keep a log here I would be embarrassed for them to see all the shit that goes on here and associate me with it. This whole WC drama pageant is just the icing on the cake. This isn't the forum I joined and learned from 4 years ago. I've come to know and respect many of you and will stay in touch. I plan to keep a log elsewhere that everyone can see.

So you condone chase's behavior?

Why not continue to post here just keep to posting in your log?

Directed at both fatty and donut.

There are a lot of people here who sought to destroy WC for no good reason and then continued to come down on her after Chase was banned as if she had something to do with it. Lots of them left, but some of them are still around, and are no worse for wear. It just doesn't feel much like a lifting forum anymore and I'd rather keep a log at a place where people talk about lifting a bit more and don't act like they're six years old. I'm 35 and yesterday was a real eye opener for me. I remember thinking how insane it was when that guy killed himself on bodybuilding.com, but quite honestly, I think S&P has devolved to a point where we're not so far off from being on par with that mentality.

I haven't made up my mind about anything quite yet, but I'm definitely considering leaving. I'm not up for watching this sort of crap happen again.

I see. I hope you decide to stay. I missed the people trying to destroy her.

I agree with Anthony on both points - I feel like we're not far off from getting BACK to a really good place where, like DS said, we talk about lifting and life and don't sit around breaking people down.
