Good job. That shit is crazy. Are you going to do the follow up cycle of Smolov?

You are definitely good for 550-575.

I am so sore today I can't move. I think I am going to nurse my back and legs back to health with movies and a 6 pack of Nugget Nectar.

Good job Donut. Smolov's a bitch. Kill it next week.

Nice. I still have one left I'll probably drink tonight. The brewery is ~five minutes from my parents' house, but I'm a bad alcoholic and haven't done the tour yet.

What movies are you going to watch?

There was a Terminator marathon on AMC followed by Goodfellas. T2 is in my top 5 movies. I saw that movie when I was little on HBO with my dad and it traumatized me, but afterwards it was Arnold in that movie that made me want to start lifting weights and play football to do so.

Let out all my pent up aggression from squatting 4 times a week and keeping upper body stuff on the back burner. Bench was occupied so I pressed first, and hit a mega PR. Even though I have gained weight my relative strength seems to have kept up, I think I am good for a 240-245 press shortly because I didn't even have a belt on. Bench felt great too. Did a shit ton of bodybuilder stuff afterwards. Days like these are why I love to lift.

Do you ever wish you could go to like Korea and just lift people? I would if I could lift like that.
