Notes:
Not too shabby. My hip flexors were tight as hell and it wasn't until the second or third set of 415 that they loosened up and I could descend comfortably. I think the most I had ever done for a 5x5 workout was 402x5x5, and that was only in December, so big workout PR. Looking forward to getting tomorrow over with and getting out of town for a bit this weekend. Way too much shit going on in my real life.

Forgot to mention I did a bunch of grip work and jump rope on Tuesday. Did some 4 dime pinches, DOH axle holds, and sledge levering with 100 jumps in between the circuit.
 
I'm not skipping a workout. I just skipped the rest day between Day 1 & 2 this week so I would finish Thursday instead of Friday.

Whew, that was pretty rough. I think is a 3RM PR, but I never really hit a max triple. But I repeated it 10 times which is pretty sick. My right elbow was bothering me some which made this a pain later on. Need to ice it and take some NSAID's. And sleep and eat a ton. I'm literally hungry all day long.

One of those days where I don't want to leave. I wound up with 3 days off the way the past few days worked so I was well rested. Everything felt super strong. No belt on the squats, Tony the Freak did his beltless and I couldn't let my protegee show me up. After building myself back up on the bench lately I decided to push it today. No pain or tweaks, form felt spot on, big workout PR. Snowmaggedon II is supposed to unleash further hell on us tomorrow, so hopefully I can get to the gym.


 
Nice work Donut. Your lifts are increasing very nicely.

Left work early because of impending snow emergency. This means I squatted back to back days with only 18 hours rest between sessions. This was not a good idea. I definitely overdid the benching yesterday during the hardest week of Smolov. Very sore, stiff, and my wonky elbow was killing me.. But we shall overcome *raises hands to sky*
