Front Squat 1-10-1-20-1-30 reps

This is from today's crossfit WOD. If you follow this, it should help front squat 500 in no time.

Best programing, ever.

Unfortunately for you, I copyrighted the use of multiple shot angles in a single Youtube video. Expect to hear from my lawyer, B0rt.

Ohio State coach Jim Tressel confirms Ray Small, Rob Rose, Duron Carter out for Rose Bowl Game Presented by Citi - ESPN

Luckily Terell Pryor can't throw to save his life, so losing the no. 3 and no. 4 receivers isn't going to effect anything offensively, but Small is the best punt/kick returner and Rose is one of the anchors of the D-line.

Not getting Pryor was the best thing to happen to Fatty and Michigan this decade.

I disagree. Pryor would be perfect for UM's spread option offense. He is not suited to run an I formation right now.

When Vince Young played for Texas, Mack Brown give Young two options out of the spread. You pass to player A if he is open (and no other receiver) and if not, run.

Pryor would benefit from a similar system.

Probably, but it is easier/funnier just to make fun of him.

Meh - It's easy to hate on him because he was the #1 recruit a few years ago. But he is only a true sophomore and Tressel is so conservative as a coach that it does not play to Pryor's strengths. I'm sure he will be just fine (but I hope he sucks next year in Iowa City...)

The basic deal is the only reason Pryor committed to OSU was because they guaranteed him they would run out of shotgun and I-formation and use him as a passing quaterback. He did not want to be a zone run quarterback, which is exactly what he told Rodriguez and Mack Brown when he declined. OSU's pitch to him, straight up, was NFL teams don't run a Rich Rod scheme. PSU also gauranteed him this, but he didn't like the "country atmosphere". He wants/wanted to be an NFL quaterback. And when you compare his stats to Vince Youngs in his sophmore year, Pryor leads him in every category, so all hope is not yet lost. But I don't think he is going to live up to expectations. He would be a stud receiver.

Tressel is a conservative strategist, but the Buckeyes put up 30+ points a game with the same system in 2006 with Troy Smith at the helm and never really ran into any offensive struggles until that O-line graduated. The biggest issue for Pryor's development is the offensive line which is horrid.

Go......*realizes there are no even decent college teams in NY*...

YANKEES!!!

So who should the Big 10 add? I'd like to see Pitt, but I think Syracuse makes the most sense market wise. Notre Dame won't do it so I'm ruling them out.

I feel your pain.

I think it will be Pitt or Rutgers, but there is a lot of talk about Missouri leaving for the Big XI. The Missouri governor wants them to join.

The one issue is that the egg-heads have a veto for any school that does not meet the conference's academic standards.
