Felt good today. Not sure what happened on the third set of push presses, pushed my head through a little too early and that was all she wrote. Still haven't consistently nailed down the groove with heavy weights, but it will come with time. I'm usually pushing it too far in front of me but seemed to be overcompensating today. Getting 300 overhead by years end would be cool. I don't seem to notice a difference with or without a belt.
