It has taken too long. I was on a roll until July/August when I had the hip abductor strain that prevented me from squatting/pulling heavy. /excuse

I'll re-read it for motivation then. Maybe I can hit 1500 with a 600 squat, 675 deadlift, and 225 bench...

315 x 5 wouldn't be so elusive if there wasn't a 365 single in front of it. You might have 6 or 7 reps.

Didn't feel the best today, everything felt a little tight and form was off. I still pounded out the squats easily, used about 3 minute intervals, and will move onto 475. Weighed 230 this morning, so weight is moving in the direction. It's a good time of year to pack it on.

Hadn't filmed a squat from the side in awhile, so I got the last 3 on video. I believe this is 9 or 10. Getting fatigued and came forward a bit out of the hole but corrected it.
