i have bjj saturday and im like 2 lbs over. just not eating salt and laying off the carbs will probably do it but I want to the the shitload of water thing just to be safe

Not too shabby today. Decided to see where I was at to figure out what weights to use. 365 went up strong. Forgot my oly shoes and couldn't get my feet far enough under me, and my upper back started to slide up the bench so it wasn't the prettiest ever but I will take it for training purposes. Need to pause longer. Training with singles will help practice all this for a meet in the future.

Your not going to post a 365 bench and then bench 305 at the meet are you?
