Moved my stance closer on deads. I had tried it before, but usually after I was already doing heavy sets so it felt off. Went with heels maybe 5-6" apart from the start and felt awesome. I always struggled at lockout before but doing it this way pull felt very even and consistent bottom to top. I'm going to start doing power cleans again.

Incline bench just made my shoulders hurt, so I'm scrapping it. Dips always feel great to me.

What is the 20c 40c and 60x mean?

The 60x should be 60c. The c is for "chain". I just denote that I am loading the exercise by putting piece of chain around my neck rather than using a dip belt. It's easier to mess with and looks way cooler.

I bet it does look way cooler. Once you finish a big set you should let out a Rampage-esqe howl, just to let everyone know you mean business.

Again, that's a massive amount of dips. Good work.
 
A couple questions. I'm pretty much set on doing this meet now. Just gotta ask off for work, and send in my app and fee.

Is there a rule on how long the pause should be for my bench? I don't have a training partner so I have to give myself the press command in my head.

I'm thinking about working up to heavy singles (~95% of 1RM) next week instead of doing my rep maxs. That way I can video them and make sure all my lifts are going to pass. I'm probably over complicating things but do you see a problem with that?

The only rules is press when the head spotter gives you the press command. Usually going to be 1-2 seconds depending on how competent and nice they are.

Solid ass day. I am pretty sure 405x5 is a beltess PR and I had 2 reps in the tank if I wanted to push it. Front squats, well what can I say, just a reflection of Fatty and our respective school affiliations. I was pretty pumped about shouldering the 240 stone. That was a goal I set about 6 weeks ago when I started playing with it. Onto the 280 and then I want to shoulder the 300. The first time was a lot better and I held it for about a minute, but my flaw was giving the camera to Todd, the most technologically inept person ever. This is the same guy who asked if Canada had the internet. Teaching someone to use a digital camera with an atlas stone on your shoulder is not easy.
