Gunzor Work:
Curls & Pushdowns

I cranked up my right shoulder playing Wii Tennis. All great athletes have to train through injuries, and I am no different. Skipped 3 boards. I stole Mitten's idea and took my COC #2 to work and do a CC set close every hour throughout the day. Holding the gripper below my desk, I'm sure it appears to my co-workers walking by that I am crapping my pants or on the verge of an epic emotional breakdown when I am closing it.

Nice volume on those RDLs. I'm still trying to figure those things out.

300 x 4 x 6 is solid work

*feels pathetic as all my self worth comes from my bench*

There has been this jakt old guy in the gym a few times. He looks super angry and scary and is strong. I realized today that he is 3 time Olympian Fred Lowe. I'm excited to talk to him next time I see him.

This mental image is hilarious.

Nice benching! And that's awesome than Fred Lowe trains at your gym, I'd love to hear what he has to say. Old jacked dudes are always nuts.

No way, cool. How do you figure out who it was?

There is a poster of him on the wall and someone told me that's who the crazy old guy was. I looked him up and apparently he's from this city and went to Michigan State. He's still the lightest American to C&J over 400 pounds which he did at 165.

dammit.

*feels left out. sulks in corner.

I take it you disagree with telling him congrats?

I still am jealous and at the same time hating your benching ability.

Awesome, I'll have to look into it more.

(After I finish crying about my inadequacy, good lord, 400lbs at 165!?!?)

Foam rolling, stretching, glute circuit. I slept on my left shoulder and now it's messed up. I cranked the hell out of with bands and it feels a lot better now.

not to be a jerk, but your wife doesn't have the bone structure to breed an olympic champion, I figured your wife would be more like Mu Shuangshuang.

I used to have a messed up shoulder until I worked on the position I slept in. It's been better ever since.

Tiger Woods makes more money than God, my kid is getting golf clubs.
