On the deload week I will usually use a high bar position just to take stress of the shoulders/wrists/elbows. Otherwise for my main back squat I use low bar. Sometimes during the past few months I have done high bar pause squats as an assistance squat.

Not really a deload but nothing hard. My left bicep and wrist are fucking killing me for some unknown reason, I had to use wrist wraps even on the warm ups and the eccentric hurt my left elbow. I'll eat some food until it feels good. Otherwise, my overhead strength is really taking off. Weight felt great.
