One advantage of Sheiko seems to be that it is great if you are training alone. Still, I think you will be fine on RTS or Sheiko. You've numbers have gone up quite a bit in the last 3-4 months. As long as you continue to lift heavy, eat big and be mindful of recovery, I think you will be fine.

I think if you bust your balls anything can work. Right now I just need simplicity. I am planning a damn wedding that will be 2 hours away, working a lot of hours, and we live in an older house that needs a lot of work I have been putting off. The pick up and ready to go aspect of Sheiko is great. I'm just getting frustrated trying to micromanage everything. I have gotten stronger and learned a good bit so the time was well spent the past 2 months, I don't regret it.
 
I did 100 BW squats and push ups this morning. I am awesome.

I ate and slept a ton this weekend, and felt very rested. Form was a touch rusty, but everything felt quick and snappy. I am using 465/340/250kg as my max's. I kind of estimated the squat, and the 325 felt correct for 70%. If I need to adjust I will. I bumped the bench up 2.5% based on past experience, and kept my official deadlift max from 6 weeks ago. I will probably reduce volume on deadlift days a touch since I am using my true max.

For future reference: wide grip=index fingers on ring (max legal), med grip=middle finger on ring (my comp grip), and narrow grip=pinky on ring. I will rotate these three grips around to hopefully build a more balanced pressing musculature. I will always do the main sets with my comp grip.
 
I watched your 330lb bench press video again today and have decided that you suck. Primarily (entirely) because your bench press PR is 54lb higher than mine.

I have 19 weeks until my meet, I miscounted before. My unofficial plan is to do 37-30-31-and then I have three weeks of empty space-and then 32 to take me into my meet. During those 3 weeks, I might just run the first 3 weeks of #37 or maybe the new cycle that Mittens dug up somewhere. That particular cycle looks exceedingly difficult and might not be appropriate after 30 and 31 which are challenging in their own right. Ideas?

7 weeks of 37 to start, but I would do it so you don't lead into 30 with the third week of 37.

That's a better idea. I will do the last three weeks of #37 for the second go around so I go into #30 off a low week. Also looking at #31 the last week is low volume with 90% work to prep for skills evaluation, so it wouldn't be smart to mess with that.
