First time using a real GHR bench. Holy fuck, these are hard. My hamstrings are quivering just from these sets. Need to work on bringing them up.

I ended up wearing cotton tighty whities because all of my Dri-FIT boxer briefs had legs that extended past my singlet.

Some feds don't want you to wear any undergarments with legs. The IPF/USAPL rules specify "no boxer shorts" and that rule has been interpreted to include boxer briefs or anything that has a leg. If you show up with a singlet and compression shorts that you can't see underneath, I doubt they'll ask to see your underwear, but they'll tell you not to wear them if you ask.

Generally they do not want any stretchy or compressible undergarmets worn. It has to be cotton or polyester. I don't think they allow Under Armour shirts or anything of the like.

Underwear sucessfully purchased. I am ready to roll. Also remembered that I need some long ass socks for deadlifting. I'm going to do some light bench tommorrow night, and maybe some light stuff like riding the bike tonight and some incline treadmill walking Wednesday. Openers will be:

Then, assuming I don't bomb out (which is my main goal):

Weight is about 218 this morning, so I am solid on that front.
