Thanks. 545 was what I had in mind for next week. I was so tempted to work up, especially because there were two really fine chicks watching me whenever I would pull. I decided I would stick to the plan you laid out though when cooler heads prevailed.

Good luck with the 5 wheels. Just get really pissed and grab it and pull. I try not to think at all when I dead. I noticed on your 455 video you dipped down a couple times and looked like you were over thinking it.

Another thing of note, is that I'm not using my Inzer 13mm for deads anymore. I get almost nothing out of my belt anyhow, and would rather have the comfort of my 10mm single prong because all the big Inzer gives me is bruises.

Eh - I over think my bench and deads. I should be able to do 315 on bench, but I can't take the fucking bar down properly on heavy singles (but speed is getting better on ligher weight). But - I'll get there eventually.

I'll just try to rip the 495 - there is no reason why I should not be able to pull that - even if I'm not that good a puller.

What kind of belt do you recommend for pulling? I hate pulling in the Inzer.

Good numbers, but my form felt terrible. I couldn't keep my upper back tight. Well, 'no shit', I said to myself just a minute ago after reading my log. I've done pull-ups/chins, heavy shrugs, reverse flies, deadlifts, romanian deadlifts, and DB rows in a 3 day span. Most of these were balls out. Regardless, my pressing strength is there. A little bit of recovery and I have a big PR in me.

I have never done face pulls. Its one of those lifts that I always think to do, but never remember when I get to the gym

Hey Schatz...Facepulls have become one of my warmup staples as they tend to alleviate tightness/pain between the shoulder blades.
 
Yeah, I need to get on it. I havent lifted in a couple weeks though.

I have, but really they aren't something I need for assistance right now. I can lock out anything I get to a few inches above my chest. I need to be concentrating on DB work, incline, dips, and overhead to increase my power off the chest if I want to bench big.

You should beat 1300 in your meet.
 
when i use my inzer for deadlifting i dont snap it in place and it works just perfect.

Hahaha, if it makes you feel better, when I went to the gym today to take a 3rm one of my thoughts was "I need to beat Enright's".

I'll have a better idea about my attempts after I take a single. I plan to give 315 a go in week 3 of this 5 week cycle, and if it's near max I'll probably do what you said. If it's easy I'll probably go 295-315-325.

You beat me to a 405x2 PR. Damn. I've wanted that PR for a little while now, but I haven't felt comfortable enough to attempt it lately.
