Stretching, foam rolling, etc.

Last day of doing anything with weight. Here goes nothing. My protege is looking strong so hopefully I can write my revolutionary training book and retire wealthy.

Sure. I think you told me to get an XL just so it would be really tight on me. It took some serious effort to get the straps over my shoulders. Maybe I ordered a deadlift suit by mistake.
 
They don't really have much range to adjust for height. If you went up to a 2XL the shoulders might fit better but it would be baggy everywhere else. I bought a 2XL the first time and had to return it for a XL. Besides, you lost like 30 pounds, you should be showing off the jakt and tanness.
 
Yeah, it's fine once it's on. It just takes a little contorting to get my arms in.
