Whiskey, War, Suicide, and Guns

I was uploading some videos, thought you'd appreciate some rock from my all time PR favorites. Go, go Sheiko!!!

^Never even heard of them. Definitely interesting, though I never seem to like a band the first time I hear it. I finally had to retire the Dethklok album from my I-pod and replaced it with the new Weedeater CD. "Go into the Water" will still make an appearance at PR sessions.

Well, that sucked. Not used to the volume. I soaked through my shirt with sweat, but got it all done in an hour and a half. I typed out each set just to really emphasize how much volume is in there, but will probably get lazy and just go 2x4xwhatever in the future.

I can't even believe that people really do that shit. Then again, with all the cosmetic surgery, I'm not surprised. But come on, tits are useful. Oil filled arms, not so much.

Fuck my life. I ran out of time because I had to get back and didn't do my Bulg SS. I need to get to the gym earlier because I absolutely suck at deadlifting for reps and with the rest periods I needed this took about 2 hours. I'm throughly exhausted. So liquid, if you do the unilateral work, you are a better man than me today.

looks like a great workout with a lot of volume...you're down on yourself for no reason...

I'm not that down about the workout really, I had a really stressful day with wedding planning going on and the fact that the company I work for is going up for sale.

I'm already planning on getting to the gym early. Monday's workout took me appox 2 hrs. I'm also busting out my WMS+ hydrolyzed WPI drink for periwO. Sheiko's much harder than it looks on paper.

Are you planning your wedding? If so, that blows ; )

So update me, how do you feel after your first Wednesday workout (deadlifts) I pretty much wanted to die the day after mine.

Also, either its the fact that I'm about 10 times weaker than you or something but that workout only took me like 75 minutes. After the first day I was in there about 2 hours and realized I needed to limit my recovery time between the sets and this has pretty much led me to be dead near the end of every workout.

1/30/08 - Wednesday - Recovery Workout

45 degree back raise: 2x20xBW
Squat with bar: 2x20
DB Fly: 3x12x20's
Face Pull: 3x15x70

Treadmill 10 mins @ 4mph@2% grade

I don't feel so hot today, that is for sure. I'll be ready to squat tomorrow, but I'll need all of the next week to get ready for the next dead session. It takes me awhile because I almost never do deadlifts for reps. I'm not conditioned for it and I get back pump city. Also, I tried moving my Inzer one notch in on the lever, and it wound up being too tight because I couldn't push out it against with air in my belly very well. So I did the deads without a belt which really toasted my core.
