Not really since multiple "specialists" have transitioned from a single discipline with no MMA experience to well rounded MMA World Champions in 5 years or less, Jones, Rousey, Weidman, Cain, Penn and Holm (a Boxer) all being good examples but there are others.None.
Its dumb to say "with TDD" when they didnt have it. It's just fantasy talk
As for the question though, Cintron, GGG and Lomo are all obvious answers since they all actually have grappling experience and 2 of them also have a little KickBoxing experience to go along with it.
The beauty of MMA is the fact there are so many different paths to victory, if you are a fighter and have the knowledge and instincts to understand and adjust to different approaches you can easily parlay that specialty (especially if it's at the most elite level) into a successful MMA career.
