Where does Leon Rank all time at WW. Top 5?

Agreed.
I like RDA but when your best win at WW before you get a TS is RDA it's telling.

Especially when there were actual viable fights to make. How Colby and Usman basically fought all the same competition without fighting each other before getting a TS is crazy. It would've been the equivalent of Garry fighting Shav. Imagine that UFC saying that Brady, Jack, Shav and Garry couldn't fight each other until one became a champ. We'd say that's BS.
Exactly… and when you matchmake like that it really starts to show years down the road when you have no stars because all you did for the past five years was think short term

1. Lawler
2. GSP
4. Hughes
5. Woodley / Usman / Leon

I even think Jake vs. Khamzat would be interesting prime vs. prime. Jake beat Maia (in a close, contested fight that was almost pure grappling). He also got the best of Palhares until the last round when he was submitted--but Palhares was fighting dirty. Since Khamzat avoided Burns on the ground, he'd probably stand with Jake where he'd win by landing more powerful strikes. I doubt he'd KO Jake, though. Jake had a great chin and even Hendo couldn't finish him after rocking him.
Maia should of got sd.

Sure leon held the title but he's not top 5. Maybe 6-7 range

Hmm WW is difficult to rank.
1. GSP
2. Usman
3. Hughes
4. Woodley
5. Miletich
6. Lawler
7. Leon

Not feeling great about Miletich there but would sub him out for Lawler over Leon. Either way have Leon outside the top 5 unless he somehow works his way back to a titleshot.

These lists show us how young this sport actually is and how silly they are. The fact that someone like Leon could legitimately be included.

1/2) Usman/GSP
3)Woodley
4)Leon
5)Hughes

Leon beating Usman is better than almost all GSPs wins.

That's a tricky question.

I do think prime Usman gives a great fight to any welterweight champion in history.

How do people have Leon top 5? LOL WTF. He might not be top 10 he surely ain't top 5

If Belal hasn't already surpassed him he will for sure if he beats Jack.
His body of work is amazing Usman arguably beat khanzat

What are you ranking on, peak or career? Either way, edwards is not top 5. Just wondering because of Johnny Hendricks.

Peak -
1. GSP
2. Hughes
3. Hendricks
4. Usman
5. Woodley

Career -
1. GSP
2. Usman
3. Woodley
4. Hughes
5. Lawler

Robbie Lawler, Hendricks, Woodley, GSP, Hughes and possibly even Condit all beat the shit out of Leon.

Leon doesn't register.
Aside from the 2 Usman wins what are his big wins?
Donald Cerrone, RDA ..
Extremely washed Nate Diaz and Colby Covington.

Even with the title reign I wouldn't think of him before non champs like Fitch, Koscheck, MacDonald or even Colby, yes even with a win over Colby.
