I don't think most get just how great the guys numbers are in the grand scheme of it all.

Last season he had the best long ball numbers in the NFL. Had a 400 yard game, his numbers were good enought in 2024.

His career numbers are among the best in football, yet.......he might be heading to his 4th team.

So in your opinion where does he stack up?

Barely top 20 QBs now.

Maybe I could make the case he's in the top 75-100 QBs all time

Does Wilson Phillips need a new lead singer?

Talking all time ....

13th in TD pases
number 4 QB rushing
only QB with over 5000 rushing yards and 45.000 passing yards
his TD/INT ratio top 4 all time
his career passer rating top 5 all time
his win/loss % top 4 all time
10 pro bowls
that top 100 NFL players he's been as high as,.....2

Think you need to rethink top 75, hows about top 15?

Never got out of the divisional round without the LOB.

So we ignore the fact Wilson is high on every QB stat because he had a defense? Who were his Hall of Fame receivers to be, that Hall of Fame TE yep......never had one.

Where is Marino without Clayton/Duper/Nathan, where is Peyton without Harrison, Wayne and Clarke, where is Dan Fouts without Winslow, Jefferson, Joiner, Chandler, Muncie, where is Otto without Motley, Speedie and Levelli, hell Johnny Unitas had Hall of Famers to be Ray Berry, Lenny Moore, John Mackey,

Russell Wilson has had more pro bowls, TD passes, better TD/INT ratio, more 100 and more passers ratngs, wins, than anyone with the same level of experience, his career comp%/passer rating are superior to Tom GOAT Brady,

The guy belongs in that top 15, hell he won more Superbowls than Hall of Famers, Dan Marino, Johnny Unitas, Fran Tarkenton, Warren Moon, Dan Fouts, Jim Kelly.............COMBINED~~~~~~~~

10 pro bowls in 13 seasons, only the very elite compare to that. Only QB ever to have over 5000 rushing yards and over 45,000 passing yards, only member of that club. And........he was the first QB ever to start his career with back to back 100 passer ratings. Nobody won more games his first 10 years of the career.

Wilson is the best duel threat QB have ever seen.

Barely top 20 now. Maybe 50-75 all time based off stats. All stats aside I can think of 74 QBs I would take before him

So all those seasons where he rushed for over 300, made another pro bowl, 4000 yards, over 30 TD's, a 100 or better passer rating means nothing to you?

How did he make ANOTHER pro bowl at number 20?

Did ya miss......superior comp%/passer rating overTom Brady?

Don't think you really know what this guy has put up so far,

Who did it better their first 10 seasons, good luck.

It means a lot to me to put him in my top 100 that's high praise. If you value stats that's your prerogative. I can think of 74 I pick before him. I have zero problem with the way you want to rank him. I disagree, maybe you are right maybe I am right. You aren't gonna arbitrate it for me personally as you look to stats to back up your claim. I've watched plenty of NFL football and sports to know stats don't lie BUT they also fail to tell the entire story 100 percent of the time

When any QB makes 10 pro bowls in a 13 year career, that should send a message.

When any QB is putting up the numbers/wins he's put up that also sends a message.

Number 5 or better ALL TIME......QB rushing, TD/INT ratio, passer rating, wins, if none of that moves you,,,,,,,,,,,,,,how???????

I have been watching NFL foorball since the late 50's, yep....old timer....Wilson is wthout question the best runner/passer we have ever seen and his numbers prove that out.

After he retires in 3ish years from now he will be in the top 10 ALL TIME in TD passes, wins, comp%, paser rating, what else is there?

What are you not seeing?

I respect your opinion very much. Unfortunately stats aren't moving my needle, I grew up with Marino in SoFla, king of the stats and a master of futility. With all that being said Marino is easily in my top 5 without ever mentioning even one statistic. You could show me for example; Drew Brees' stats and make the case that he's ahead of Marino, I will honorably disagree.

I appreciate the hard work you put into the replies, all solid.

You may have moved him into my top 75, which undoubtedly you will not agree with, not many will.

That was not hard work I simply keep up wit his career, big fan of his because he is the legit............total package.

I have seen them all since the days of Bart Starr, Fran Tarkenton, Johnny Unitas, I have never seen anyone on a level of Russell Wilson when talking run AND pass, he is the ultimate.

Thanks for the kind words my friend, do appreciate it. As far as Marino goes nobody was a better passer, he is in my top 5 also. And to do what he did with no mobility is amazing,

Aside from wanting to let Russ cook, I’ll give my two cents.

Russ is a career loser. His exit from Seattle, being absolutely horrific in Denver. Being bad in Pittsburgh.

He threw for 200 yards in his SB win and 247 in his loss. In the loss he had less than 10 yards in the first half.

I can take multiple QBs of the current modern era that are far superior.

WOAT Allen
Mahomo
Godgers

One could claim lmr is better too.

His SB win is from the defense that was insanely good.

I can rank him maybe top 40-50. 10 is egregious.

Most QB wins in the first 10 seasons of the career

Wilson is number 12 all time.

His last season at Seattle was a pro bowl season.

He played hurt his first Denver season. his second he put up good numbers as he did last season with Pitt, he was a pro bowler.

Wilson has more Superbowl wins than Hall of Famers Dan Marino, Warren Moon, Johnny Unitas.Fran Tarkenton, Jim Kelly, Dan Fouts.....COMBINED~

How can a guy who is 12 ALL TIME in wins be a loser?

ONE MORE TIME

Top 5 ALL TIME.....

QB RUSHING
TD/INT ratio
Passer rating

Only QB n history to have over 5000 rushing yards and over 45,000 passing yards.

First QB ever to start his career with back to back 100 passer ratings,

10 pro bowls

number 12 ALL TIME in TD passes

What are you looking at?

Even if you just go modern era taking out the Unitas, Staubach, Baugh and Grahams of the world, you still don’t sniff the top 15. Let alone 10.

Brady
Montana
Manning
Mahomes
Brees
Elway
Farve
Bradshaw
Marino
Rodgers
Young

Even guys like:

Rivers
Big Rape
Stafford
Allen
Eli
Warner

I’d put above Russ.

I could make a case for lmr, Matt Ryan and Carson Palmer above Russ.

You can’t be behind Vinny Testaverde and be a top 10 QB when you played in the modern era.

Pro bowls are such a useless stat anyways lol. Tyler Huntley was a pro bowler ffs. Rustle has 1 second team all pro and 0 career mvp votes. That’s less than Geno smith and Justin fields.

In the old days we’d call this a besmirching
