Where do the "duck" arguments come from?

There still hasnt been a better example of ducking in UFC as Bowe did to Lewis

What's funny was reading US sports writers claiming that somehow Lewis was afraid to face Bowe. The most ridiculous example was some guy named Ron Borges who wrote for the Boston Globe.
