Until then, one popped for being a cheater (Silva), the other made the sport cleaner (GSP). And the cleaner fighter was also much better, fought in a tougher division, got more top 10 and more top 5 victories while fighting less (GSP didn't have time to crush cans).
Anderson Silva's legacy is about saying to the world that he had a flacid penis, and this is why he had to take "dick pills" (it was PEDs all right)

It's all they do. Since Anderson can't be the GOAT anymore, the only thing that matters is to make sure GSP isn't, no matter how disconnected from reality or basic logic they need to be for that to happen.

GSP retired weeks before Nevada started their enhanced testing.

Don't know enough about VADA vs USADA tho. I don't know which one is tougher?

Adressed the first point to TheMessiah already, and GSP quitted in protest of a sport that he loved but was ruled by a bunch of cheaters who didn't give a fuck (Jones/Silva/Etc). He was one of the first who was vocal for a testing org to come in. Don't twist reality bro.
