As far as im aware USADA, Dana was suspicious that GSP wanted VADA
 
GSP was always in his prime so close fights and losses are not allowed, while Anderson was conveniently not in his prime when he was getting subbed by cans at 28 and knocked out by world class strikers like Chris Weidman. How convenient.

Dana was pissed GSP wanted any drug testing beyond the AC. He initially wanted no further testing. Yelled about GSP asking for it..

As for USADA, GSP made USADA in the UFC possible. He didn't quit because of USADA (What Silva should have done before he was exposed to the World); he quitted because there was no USADA and was tired to fight steroids monsters like Hendricks

From what I gathered this far, both seems to test the same things. WADA (the org that push VADA) is voluntary while the other seems to be more official or something, but they don't seems that much different. Don't see the issue, as of now.
What I remember tho, is that Dana White didn't one any of those. Neither one or the other. He was kind of bullied into cleaning his sport.

But for over 1 year he got tested by USADA. For Bisping

And wanted the Khabib fight but Dana refused it. That would have meant another 6-12 months of USADA testing..

Hendricks just shut down the whole thing, with the blessing of Dana White, who ridiculed GSP because the GOAT wanted a cleaner sport.
