Agreed. People act like all he can do is wrestle but I don't think he's as outgunned on the feet as a lot of others do. Technique wise I might even say his striking is better than Dricus', although that doesn't necessarily mean more effective.

He has good natural power in his right hand, which already makes him a threat on the feet. The problem is he tends to empty the tank in the first round so if he has to stand, he'll usually look sloppy.

That’s what I’ve been saying too. Although it hasn’t been explicitly said, it feels as though a lot of people are treating this as a Striker versus Wrestler match-up.

His striking is pretty good for 7 minutes, after that it kind of just becomes light touches and his accuracy drops a lot. Burns, who we've seen rocked and knocked out multiple times, was eating khamzat's right hands just fine in round two and three.
