It's a serviceable fixed blade. It's no ESEE, but I think you won't be disappointed at that price.

The knife isn't going to be the only gift so I was thinking around $50 give or take on a knife. I was thinking more but I have 8 groomsmen and a couple of them probably won't carry a knife but I don't want to try and pick 8 unique gifts while being fair at the same time.

Another cheaper option would be any of victorinox' Alox models. I like the soldier model myself. Very simple, elegant design and most non knife guys are open to using and carrying a Swiss Army knife.
