The whole "witch hunt" thing is because the situation was tried to be swept under the rug after she tested positive for being intersex multiple times. I think 90% of the hatred would never have existed unless they tried to gaslight people saying she was "pure" female.

Its not her fault, but allowing her to compete against other females would be like sanctioning doping for just one athlete.

I think there is some truth to it, it has exacerbated the matter perhaps. But for some people it wouldn't have changed anything.

As I said banning her might be fair, or not, I don't know. Let the international boxing instances run their tests and determine if she's fit for competing with other women or not. Apparently she agreed to pass the tests soon and is on anti testosterone medication.

It's just that she's a scapegoat for a whole lot of bottled resentment that have nothing to do with her case. And I understand the bottled frustrations because the last decade has been a bit crazy on that side, but people should take it out when real trans people compete against biological women, not against an extremely complex intersex case where the athlete was born like that.

How do you know she doesn’t? There’s as much evidence either way. I suppose you could look at a lifetime of locker rooms without incident to say that she probably isn’t packing a meat missile, or the pictures of her as a child where she looks like any other little girl. Weigh in photos, swim suit pictures, I think if she was packing heat we’d have evidence outside of her elevated T levels

IIRC that dude from moreplatesmoredates theorized back then that the person could be an intersex with partial Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome, meaning XY cromossomes, Female external genitals, no uterus, internal testes.
That would explain the person being biological man born and raised as a woman as the syndrome prevents the development of the male sex organ. It doesnt prevent from having the physical advantages of a man though.
That would suck for the person and for those competing against her.. and would probably be mind blowing for the person, since she would believe to be a woman her whole life without being a transgender person.

I know it may sound like craziness for some people here, but it's a real but rare condition that may explain the whole situation. The current estimates is that it afflicts around 0.002%–0.005% of the population

When this first came out there was a question of the authenticity of that test. Has it been proven to be legitimate now and if so how was she allowed to compete after those results? I don't believe in biological males competing in women's sports, even if they undergo a sex change, but people are born as hermaphrodites and with other conditions so it's not so cut and dried as to say male or female.

She should do everyone, including herself, a favor and have comprehensive tests done and released to the public. If there's some type of genetic issue that might disqualify her from competing against women then just deal with it. I'm still giving her the benefit of the doubt until we see something conclusive but I said the same about Lance Armstrong and wound up eating crow in that case.
