So I did a lazy warm up yesterday and jumped rope did legs ect. Guess what. Immediately get the bill for it. I feel my left ass muscle (glutes maximus) pull/injury creep back. Warming up 15-20 is the best. Injuries set back a lot. I feel so good, off to da gym. Later work on getting the video up, little hinderence, gotta program blah something, not that the video is special but do you wanna hold your word or not.
