I just don't like the blanket excuse for "certain" types of criminals, like it's just an assumption that "certain" criminals didn't have plenty of opportunities they just didn't take in life. Like this case, for instance. Nobody knows anything about this guy's life, but since he's a "certain" type of criminal who was abused by a cop, we have to find some level of sympathy for the guy. You see this in all these threads, and it doesn't matter if they're a guy who was clearly abused by a cop, or a guy who shot at cops after committing a double homicide and got killed. There's always this immediate mindset that we must have a level of sympathy for them because "we are all human" or some other hippie dippy shit. I just don't subscribe to that mindset. Some humans are genuine worthless pieces of shit, who eventually get exactly what they deserve. This guy was a thief. I genuinely don't care that he got kicked in the head by a cop. If that makes me a bad person, then so be it.

Stomping on the back of someone's head is attempted murder. And a whole bunch of right wingers that I normally agree with are saying it's okay to do that to a thief.

I must be wrong.

To those justifying this. Imagine 2 gangbangers telling an innocent dad to get on the ground by gunpoint. Then they proceed to curb stomp that guy.

That cop sadly has the same mentality as a violent criminal. Fuck him and fuck anyone who tried to cover up his criminal actions

Who cares if you give a fuck or not? Go ahead, don't give a fuck in quiet then. I've never understood that. If I don't give a fuck about something I usually stfu about it. I'm guessing you do give a fuck, in that you get some sort of pleasure out of stories like this and most likely out of riling people up with your literally irrelevant feelings.

The barrier to entry to become a cop needs to be raised. It needs to be like other countries in Europe. Years and years of schooling and training with people who have high emotional IQs.

Instead they hire guys with mental issues and anger management problems with little training.

Also, all lawsuit settlements come out of the pension funds.

And last, since LEOs are the expert in the matter, all criminal sentences should be double and we need to start sending these dirt bags to jail.

You have a very optimistic view of cops in Europe. It's not as bad as in the USA but you can get your ass kicked for no good reason in the EU too, less likely to get murdered though.

This is true. Its night and day with some cops. Some of them are amazing kind people who you just feel really good about having interacted with and others are weak minded bullies.
 
Stomping that guys head was the wrong thing to do. He should not have done that.

It is pampering to have a system in place where cops are held to certain standards, to prevent abuse of power among other things?
 
Cop deserves to go to jail. The guy is already face down on the ground, and to top it off, the cop is taunting him before he does it.
