What books are you reading?

About 2/3rd through "Project Hail Mary" by Andy Weir. Enjoying it more than "The Martian". I absolutely LOVE Rocky. Similar concept as The Martian, but, this is more fantastical SF, which I enjoy more.

Going to try Mistborn again after that, or maybe Red Rising, since I keep hearing it gets better after that book.

Just got this in the mail today. Starting it tonight.

Just finished The Devils, fucking great read. Was worried I wouldn't love it as much as The First Law books, but it stood well on its own but slid right into Abercrombie's writing style. Can't wait for the sequel.

I thought similar too. Not sure a bad start to a new series.

I just finished The Silence of the Lambs. Now reading Psycho.

Silence was great. Loving Psycho so far.

I enjoyed reading it and was bummed when it was over. I am interested in reading Hannibal despite hearing that it wasn't very good.
Haven't read that one either. The audiobook for Pet Semetary read by Michael C. Hall is great if you like audio book horror.

Here’s a few I’m reading:

Life by Keith Richards. Rambling stories from the riff meister.
God’s Promises for Every Day by Thomas Nelson. Indexed to look up what to do if you’re feeling anxious, bored, angry, jealous etc.
Batman Year One by Frank Miller. Classic graphic novel.
Reggae Roots by Kevin O’Brian Chang & Wayne Chen. Origins of reggae music told by Jamaicans.

What are you reading?
All of them

The Venture Mindset: How to make smarter bets and achieve extraordinary growth

Chronicle of the Popes: The reign-by-reign record of the papacy from St. Peter to the present

Thanks for answering, dude!

The Bobiverse is about a guy turned into a Von Neumann probe, and just keeps replicating himself, and each new one is different and tends to take on 20th-century characters like Homer Simpson and such. Basically, it is an 80/90's pop culture overload, like Ready Player One, which I didn't care for either.

I will try the old hot Carl though. One book won't hurt.
I was wondering what you thought of the book? I just finished the third one. I only got it Saturday and had a hard time resisting not just reading it all in one night.

Bought the forth one yesterday.

I can see where a lot of the stories are leading but getting there has been pure fun. The third book, The Dungeon Anarchist Cookbook, has added a much deeper emotional connection with the characters (and between them) and elevated the seriousness of the series.

This series is delivering big time for me.

I was going to say I read both and thought Hannibal was great as was SOTL.
