And so was Overeem in Strikeforce when he beat Brett Rogers and Werdum (the "lineal champ" that had just beaten Fedor)

And I disagree about the talent. Strikeforce literally brought guys that would win a belt. Werdum and you know who? DC. Pezao and Overeem also fought for the belt. The level was head to head if you ask me.
Buentello won the belt in 2007, SF didn't matter back then. When Overeem was the champ all these guys I listed were there and he fought 2 that were ranked in the top 10.
No dc? He has wins over mir , stipe in your list as well as being a nightmare match up for all your top 10I only count fighters from 2000ish onwards because it's just a different sport before that. I have:
1) Fedor
2) Stipe
3) Cain
4) JDS
5) Big Nog
6) Sylvia
7) Lesnar
8) Mir
9) Cro Cop
10) Randy
And like I said, it didn't affect Werdum at all in your ranking. He is #3. Even though he only has 1 more win against ranked fighters than Stipe. He has more losses than him and his best win was against Fedor in the apparentely inferior organization called Strikeforce that Overeem was champ of btw.I was talking about when Overeem first won the SF belt not when he defended it, he also has issues with PEDs, anyone that has PED issues I rank lower than I otherwise would.
Couldn't have said it any better. Not to mention JDS beat Cain as well. So Cain only has one more win than him when facing each other in their primes. Not trying to knock Cain either but his 2nd best wins in his career were his 2 dominations of trt/roided Bigfoot which is no joke. Bigfoot was a beast! Other than that Cain had a few other solid wins. I don’t count a shot Big Nog and Lesnar as great wins. JDS beat Cain, Werdum(who was 1 win away from a title shot at the time), Stipe who had just entered his prime, Hunt who was on on the longest hw win streak at the time and one win away from title shot, barely past their primes in crocop and Mir, prime Lewis, prime Nelson, prime Carwin, prime Gonzaga, and several other solid wins including guys like Rothwell who JDS and Cain both beat easily. The only reason JDS has more losses than Cain is cuz Cain hardly ever fought.

My point is that even by your own criteria, that you claim to have chosen to keep DC out of it, your ranking doesn't make sense. Putting Arlovski and Sylvia above him makes no sense.
Nog was past his prime, Werdum was in his prime pretty clearly. That's around when he won the belt. I don't know how that's deniable.Well past his prime at that point. I don't blame you for nitpicking something while trying to save face. Your ignorance made you look like a fool. Now there is no much you can do but to try to be funny and deflect.
Well, was the NC not a moppin' until the NC?
Educate yourself:Nog fought Werdum in his prime and got absolutely massacred, yeah you're right.

Idk because I don't give a fuck about bumass hdnet fights. Dude from my gym fought for them a few times. Also Nog was in his prime when he beat Werdum, but Werdum was in his prime when the rematched. Idk how anyone could possibly try and deny that.Interestin´... This thread seems full of lil cocky big mouths...
Tell us, since you claim to be a "follower since 1998", when was this technical sequence?

Ya dont give a fook because ya dont know shit about that era, that´s the cold truth, mate.Idk because I don't give a fuck about bumass hdnet fights. Dude from my gym fought for them a few times. Gottah consider War Master, tho.The most accomplished HWs in the history of the sport are Fedor, Nogueira, Werdum, Stipe, and JDS by a country mile. If those fighters aren't in your top 5 you aren't knowledgeable about the subject because honestly it's not even close.
You should change your sig to "I like to diddle kids and play with my pp" you fookin donkYa dont give a fook because ya dont know shit about that era, that´s the cold truth, mate.
Consequentely, change your sig: "Follower of the UFC& MMAsince 1998"
Meanwhile, since Nog was not in his prime when they rematched, your narrative is basically... irrelevant.
It iz what it iz.
Got bitch-slapped ITT? Keep cryin´, ya lil sissy. You should change your sig to "I like to diddle kids and play with my pp" you fookin donk
DC has a great HW resume but I wonder how much him spending a good deal of his career at LHW affects anything? I also think he may have lost a lot of respect from the blatant eyepokes. I was always a fan of DC until he showed his true colors trying to take a man’s eye out. That’s fresh in peoples’ minds too when they think of DC. Just a couple thoughts. No dc? He has wins over mir , stipe in your list as well as being a nightmare match up for all your top 10
