Star Wars: Jedi Survivor
Off to the races now. This game is spec-fucking-tacular. I've still got some minor gripes about the environment not always giving you the right visual cues, but that's about it. The level design is sooo much tighter than the original, and it all culminates to become a great Souls-like adventure, where you can just play it however you want, and turn a corner and discover some mini-dungeon or secret path to whatever, that just adds to the density of the world(albeit a little more streamlined). The difficulty is just right(on default settings), and the game just keeps giving.
One more gripe, although it can't be fixed. If it had a real loot system, where better weapons and armor could be discovered, it would be perfect. It's still pretty fun seeking out all of the cosmetics, but I feel like it's a missed opportunity to render most exploratory elements down to unlocking haircuts and clothing, rather than improvements for your gear. You'll explore some optional dungeon or whatever, and outside of some basic powerups, your prize will be some random part for your lightsaber/robot buddy that does fuck all but ever so slightly change the appearance of said items. The next game should definitely put some stats on that shit.
Just fought some one armed Sith dude, and while he was easy as piss, the actual presentation of the fight was epic as all fuck. The build up, the fight, the bittersweet ending....*chef's kiss*. I didn't quite feel the ying and yang of the sword fights in Sekiro(probably because I was shit at the game), but I felt it in this game. I'm not even a huge fan of Star Wars and the whole lightsaber duel shit, but here...it was amazing. Feels like I've been playing the game for 30 hours, but I'm only like 10 hours in. That's a good sign.
