Many carry familial legacies of being oppressed by Arab rule and militantly oppose them for said history of oppression - dispossession, pogroms, etc. Wrong does not justify wrong, but it certainly is a part of the narrative of many Mizrahim. Ben Gvir is a good example of this, having ancestry from Iraqi Kurdistan.
