Weights have slowed me down!

My bj's bring all the boys to the yard. I can't make a milkshake for shit, though.
 
ty all ok well let me post my routine i do this every two days, about light weights 50 X each but explosive meanign I do them as fast as possible with little rest, I do the whole body, so basically any machine or dumbells or w/e I can find.....At the end I am not soar but I feel like all the lactic acid built up.

Great routine man. Stick with it. You'll get bulging thighs and big bi's, which in time will lead to more speed!!

Ehm lifting anything 50 times won't take you to the next level even if you do it explosively. :rolleyes:

Before you make another post in the S&P I highly suggest you read the faq, slowly as to increase understanding.

I don't do any running or sprinting, I lift heavy weights for a low amount of reps and high sets and I also do a few oly lifts. Whenever I play basketball, like once every 2 weeks I feel faster stronger and I always can jump higher. I'm dunking pretty easily now.

The reason your slowing down is because your routine sucks.
 
That pretty much just solved the mystery dight there. get a real routine, and try again. read the FAQ
