I find it very alarming when grown men applaud other grown men mocking children and getting enjoyment out of it. I’m on yellows so I’m not going to be throwing around any loose adjectives but you don’t see anything weird about getting enjoyment out of that? o_O

When I compare the 1st fight and the 2nd fight, Izzy looked fucking JUICED in this last fight.

kid started it. And if im being very honest, If it were my child I'd smack him in the back of the head for doing that to one of my opponents, It's simply not appropriate.

colby had no reason to bring masvidals kids into it.

Conor wasn't lying about dustins wife in his dm's it was about a charity thing

but yeah the child mocked him so izzy mocked him back. totally fair play and im glad it happened.

I’m very confused that there’s this population of people in sherdog that advocate for kids to be ingratiated into adults getting even with them lol

So what if the kid is 10?

He knew what he was doing it was rude and disrespectful so it's good that his behavior is checked.

and if you're confused about kids being ingratiated into adult conflict the kid shouldn't have been dissing in the first place.

well, he’s 10. He’s barely doing fractions. If a kid called you a poopoo head would you jump him outside of a restaurant? What if he did it in front of your girlfriend?
I guess there’s just a group of “men” that are threatened by children’s words so much so that they have to go tit for tat with them. And even after 6 years when they were 10 Lmao.

That’s creepy to me and sounds like a developmental issue. What Izzy did was petty but the lengths you guys go to defend it as totally fine goes way deeper into weird waters. Ya’ll got oxygen tanks and flippers at this point. Cheers

Edit: also, his behavior wasn’t checked. It was 6 years later. Anyone who knows anything about reward systems knows behavioral changes don’t occur if the reward or punishment isn’t timely. That’s 101. That’s why I keep making associations to this being some weird fetish some of you (not you in particular) have with school age children being “put in their place.” Idk if ya’ll were picked on or got punished too rough or not enough as kids or what but you guys sound absolutely strange when talking about 30 year olds getting revenge on 10 year olds

It takes a real man to fight in cage, in front of thousands and millions around the world, and face off against the motherfucker who drove you out of kickboxing... retiring you with a brutal KO and then coming to a different sport to hand you your first finish loss in a division you were champion in. Beating you 3 god damn times. What Adesanya accomplished was nothing short of amazing. He's cringe AF at times but his resolve as a champion has literally cemented himself firmly in MMA MW records and as an all-time great. :D
 
Izzy made a shit ton of excuses, he actually tried to convince the public that his peroneal nerve was compromised in the first round, and that Alex didn't even rock him prior to the finish.

He was totally delusional about the fight; he made a lot of excuses after Alex (6-1 MMA record at the time) took the belt.
