Wasabi, or Hot Mustard?

Mexican/Asian fusion to be exact. That hint of sweet, with the tang from the vinegar, and that extra heat from the fermented habanero just blows your mind, and tastebuds, lol.

Apparently wasabi / wasabi based sauces are killer on steak.

I believe that.

Is staple for ribeyes for me, sometimes even throw it into a steak/meat marinade.

Also like it on roast beef.

I could see Wasabi being good on steak, I love making a good horseradish cream sauce to go with prime rib. I don't see why a Wasabi cream sauce wouldnt be as good, if not better.
