Jury is still out on Angron....

Fuckit,

Dave Bautista for Angron would be the safer choice....

Brock Lesnar would be my first.....

I don’t disagree but I do disagree with simply describing Kurze as pschopathic.
Most of the primarchs have some sort of mystical connection with the warp. Kurze seems to be connected to the madness of it, not just a chaotic god (as his sons don’t follow a particular god) but more just madness.
Of course Konrad is no simple psycho.

He was a gladiator though, so he needs to be yoked.
As was said before in this thread, the Primarchs are 10 feet tall demigods, even prime Arnold was not yoked enough to depict that without CGI

Rafael Amaya as Zahariel and nemiel would be a good casting he has the knightly visage

Also wanted to add, no need to rely on physique of actors who we want to play Space marines or even more Primarchs, because they are post - human and their physique lacks human proportions, especially so with more brutish Primarchs and their Legions like salamanders or Iron Hands, I remember only Emperor's Children (pre-warp of course) being depicted as more or less passable as just big humans because of their more elegant build.

No spoilers but have you read "The Lion" by Gav Thorpe? It's a novella found in The Primarchs which is book 21 of the Horus Heresy.

Fuuuuuuuuuuuuck.

That's what I love about casting astartes and Primarchs is that there are no limitations and you can choose someone based purely on their presence and charisma without worrying if they lack the physicality the role would require otherwise.

I have maybe I put some wait into the Fallens theory that Lion spent a little too long exposed to the warp when he was young.

Warlord Update
I don't have time to do a detailed post right now, but enjoy some pictures now that I'm starting some serious assembly.

So latest lore they gave calgar the old primaris treatment
He then gets into a tussle with abby himself! Cracks the despoiler with his relic oversized gauntlets and checks his chin a few times but abby has the horus power claw and a godkilling sword thus once its in close he leaves calgar for dead

I'm sure this has been posted in this 30+ page thread already, but I saw again it browsing a folder of saved images I had the other day and it gave me a good lol ;)
