Chris Evans needs to be Sanguinius, agree on Lance Henriksen as Malcador, Vulcan should be played by Denzel or Avery Brooks imo, Rogal Dorn has to be played by Karl Urban, and The Emperor, the most beloved, has to be played by Mel Gibson, my other cast idea is for Horus Luprecal for last will be Vin Diesel

sort of need a big budget though, maybe get that chinese money with a famous chinese actor as Jagathai Khan, its my favourite primarch

Sanguinius is a tough cast. I think Paul Bettany could do it. He has sharp features and could portray the grace and aloofness required for a character like Sanguinius. I don't think he would look too silly with wings either and could pull off the vampiric aspect as well.

I think Vin Diesel has the otherworldly voice that Magnus the Red would need and I think he could pull off being a giant red cyclops sorcerer. His voice would be great when Magnus goes full on demon Primarch as well.

Luke can play many characters who are on the tougher, more brutish side. He would be a good Imperial Fist, Death Guard or Iron Hand for example.

I think Vin Diesel has the otherworldly voice that Magnus the Red would need and I think he could pull off being a giant red cyclops sorcerer. His voice would be great when Magnus goes full on demon Primarch as well.

Ha, nice idea actually, I like him much more as Magnus than as Horus.

What about Donny yen as khan?
He’s a little older and he could rock the beard and top knot plus his martial acting ability would be good for the khan who is one of the deadliest primarchs.

I seen Hiddleston live in theater, he has a HUGE emotional range and can switch from tears to joy and back on a whim. He can manage a psychopathic character.

I don’t disagree but I do disagree with simply describing Kurze as pschopathic.
Most of the primarchs have some sort of mystical connection with the warp. Kurze seems to be connected to the madness of it, not just a chaotic god (as his sons don’t follow a particular god) but more just madness.
