The great thing about assembling/painting warhammer figurines is you can just glue whatever weird shit you find around the house to them. Thats not a toothpick, thats The Spear of Chaotic Wrath. You call that a marble? ??I call it The All-Seeing Eye of Demons Folly.

Sometimes I just bought other figurines so I could dice up their body parts and glue them all over my vehicles.

one of my best friends is gonna be taking up painting minis an go pro. She's actually really good an appears to be getting customers to custom paint. i love the art wars and paint some people can do
 
the top ones are what i want, fucking expensive

I barely ever played, and when I did i usually played regular warhammer with all the goblins and stuff. I really just liked painting the figurines. Sometimes it got repetitive painting a whole unit all the same so thats where I just start adding stuff or drawing strange symbols on them.

the professionals who do it are crazy good, i knew a few people back in the day who got paid to paint peoples entire armies.

The guy that painted these lives in my area. He has won multiple Gold Deamon and Crystal Brush competitions. I feel bad putting my shit models on the same table as him in tournaments.

I think I'm going to go with a variation of this on a custom plate frame. "N33DZ M0R D4KK4!"

Appropriate since the land speeder, I mean car, is unarmed.

Also, I am reconsidering. Does the plate say "red wunz" or "red wun"? It is after all only a singular car.

I want to leave over references to speed out of it. If in the case I ever do get pulled over, I don't want to antagonize the cops.

It's already bad enough to be a drop dead sexy tranny in a red car with vanity plates. (I'm hoping the Army plates buy me some good will.) I think "RED WUNZ" with a "GO FASTA" or "SPEED FREEKS" will get me a ticket I can talk myself out of.

I do like "Ere we go!"

Also, I just checked and WAAAGH as a license plate hasn't been taken yet. Or maybe WAAAGH on the frame.

Damn, I thinking too much about this, like a humie.
 
The Deliverance Lost book about the Corax and the Raven Guard is pretty much 50/50 Raven Guard/Alpha Legion. Also tells a lot of the story from one of the Alpha Legionnaires who infiltrated the RG. Not bad for a W40K novel.

One of the big problems with the HH series is that we're told that it was unimaginable for a Space Marine to raise his hand against another Space Marine, much less a Primarch attack another Primarch. Yet even before the days of the Istvaan drop site massacre, the Primarchs behave like bickering children, threatening to kill each other at every other meeting. Same with the Marines. Yet every six pages, there's one of the Emprah's finest getting ready to throw copper at another one.

The Horus Heresy stuff should have been left alone, myths and legends lost through time.

i agree but the new book emprah of mankind is freakin awesome.
