They are not a positive addition to the Australian cultural landscape.
We have bogans, they are fine. They are Australian. We don't need a strangely "gangsta-inspired wigga posturing" Americanised version (as described by Rolling Stone), possibly in clown makeup, hanging around shopping centres in rural towns.

Obviousy I can't speak to Juggalos in the midwest, and the "poor white trash" part seems to carry across, but the "wigga" label seems pretty accurate here. Of course the other parts blend in to Australia as a great redneck wonderland, but anything remotely "gangsta" sticks out like a sore thumb as utterly alien.

I already speak the same language for the most part so that doesnt get on my nerves , and they new there were plenty of ties to the michigan punk ska scene with gangster fun and the suicide machines that they were willing to learn to love a lot of my fave records so when we hung out you got to hear more than 4 joker cards on repeat . Juggalos are kinda weird and that if they know someone or something is down with the clown it makes them immediately willing to hear them out .... at least in my experience
