Then I decided to listen to one of her hits, "Bodak Yellow". I have a lot of questions. Here's one: do people actually think that's good music? I'm guessing a lot of her following has more to do with image, background story, fashion, and accent than the quality of the music.

I like some of her songs. I mostly listen to hip hop and R&B. "Bodak Yellow" is one of her weaker hits, imo.
What kind of music do you listen to? If you're not a rap fan, then saying it's bad music is like saying fish suck at climbing trees.

Continuing from our previous conversation: I'm following the MSM coverage of the Sanders campaign pretty closely at the surface level of headlines and those network segments that hit the internet. Over the past week, MSM headlines and network segments concerning Sanders have focused on that brief statement about Amazon/WaPo instead of policy or other actually important matters. Out of all the aspects of the Sanders campaign that MSM could have covered, they chose that angle. It's not a reasonable choice.

I know that, but he got really good at folkstyle scrambles and in their first match he self-exposed looking for ankles. He's got some folkstyle habits that need fixing.

I've been meaning to ask you if you have kept up with Ricky Lundell at all. He has always struck me as a shameless self-promoter with the ability to sell anything. I noticed he's become obsessed with Olympic lifting and is putting up some very impressive numbers and is using this to sell a new book and DVD set. You think he's eating his Wheaties? I'm 75/25 yes. He's got that distended gut thing going on.
