Dude, come on. He's certainly well-researched on his niche policy expertise, but there is not a whole lot of breadth to his knowledge, which is why he has unwittingly recycled reactionary talking points about salt-of-the-earth rural white folks being the real victims of the modern era (in fact, rural people still have enormously disproportionate political power and are becoming greater beneficiaries of subsidy from urban centers) and inadvertently conflated the rural working class with white supremacists.
He isn't the only one. There is a huge conflation between white rural working class, white farmers, white supremacists, and a lot of weird conclusions too.
White supremacists are dickheads.
The working class isn't suffering more than the black or latino(a lot of them are rural and literally got classified as whites until the last census, but I digress) working class. Cities are only prosperous for the well educated.
White landowners are usually rich but farmers are the best at crying. Really, just check how much an average sized farm is worth.

Add it all up, and we arrive at $5,157,500. Wow! That’s a big number, and it’s out of reach for most young entrepreneurs.

Yo actually, what state are you in right now? Fuck, been a long time brother. All is well?
CA

All is as good as can be expected. Ask me again tomorrow. I might have some good news.

He does have good techniques though. I’m uncertain how much of it has been shown/ done by others but the kimura series is pretty useful.

I imagine he does have very good techniques. I just can't stand to listen to him. I need a guy to learn from Danaher to teach me Danaher's stuff. Somehow I think it would be better if he weren't a native english speaker.

I once sat in on a jiu jitsu class in Brussels. The brazilian portugese accent is awesome in English, it is literally everything in French.

Farmers have us all eating out of the palms of their hands, like baby squirrels. I was driving through farm country a couple weeks ago, visiting all the old family sites. I didn't see one farmer doing anything all week. Not one, through hundreds of Kms. You don't do anything all winter (equipment maintenance, sure farmers), seeding's a mad dash, and so is harvest. Other than that? You don't do fuck all.

Send the kulaks to the gulag, is what I always said.

Congratulations! You now have yourself 2/5ths of a starting lineup, just in time for German hockey development systems being worth half a shit.

I think farming is important, it serves a strategic purpose(nobody wants to rely on China for food) and profit margins can be very low sometimes but there is a lot of bullshit too.
See the pistachio king, AKA the fiji water scammer.

That dude got rich by selling water from Fiji and Pistachios. He farms over 65,000 acres, receives millions(billions?) in tax breaks to use a lot of water and keep Americans supplied with crunchy, delicious pistachios.
I intend to get into farming, seriously, I'm buying up farmland in Brazil as it's 1/5 of the price in the US and productivity is similar although prices are lower due to distance to markets. Still it will take a while for me to get enough money since I'm just a salaried employee.

@NoDak
Supposedly Aryan superman NoDak has travelled all the way from North Dakota to New York for an annual celebration of his group.
@Trotsky in the background looking to offer civil rights legal counsel.

Whatcha gonna farm?

If there was ever a time that fixed-rent farm collectivization and agricultural central planning made sense, it's now. We have the technology, we have the analytics for knowing need and demand, and small-time farmers are inefficient as shit.

The screeching here from those who call others snowflakes will actually be enjoyable

The rapper for that old Towne road song came out as gay on Twitter

I will start by raising cattle in pastures because it's cheaper, then who knows? Soybeans, corn, fruits.

We still have some land in our family, but it's been leased out to the people actually farming it. It's been some nice income (there's also a couple oil wells on the property, but those are drying up) for my grandma's retirement. I was checking out margins in that area and it seems as though you can make some decent scratch. Wheat production in that area of the world has expenses of about 78 cents on the dollar. If someone were to make a go of it we'd need a few more quarter sections though, and those are about 300g per quarter.
