It's kind of a tragedy that Rodgers only has one ring. That organization isn't doing him any favors. He's so fucking good I just feel like he should have 2 or 3 by this point.
The CU out here is in a CoOp with the CU my truck loan is through... it's more so I keep the money separate so I don't spend it. I mean, it all being in one account I'd have to remind myself to not spend it but if I turn one into like a "main" account at least with my brain the secondary account I probably won't touch. Are there any benefits to having both banks?
I'm curious how this season goes for them. There's going to be learning pains between him and LaFleur's system but if he buys into it I think it'll be pretty awesome. It's kind of a tragedy that Rodgers only has one ring. If LaFleur has any sense he'll let Rodgers do his thing and have a ton of input into the offense, allow him to call audibles as he sees the field, etc.. He's got the best QB in football so don't overthink it.The CU out here is in a CoOp with the CU my truck loan is through... it's more so I keep the money separate so I don't spend it. The fact that LaFleur seems super hyped on Aaron Jones and Jamaal Williams is also exciting.

I totally agree. That's really the basis for me complaining about the Packers franchise. The guy is good enough for multiple rings but they just couldn't build the team around him. It's a team sport which is why I hate when people use rings to argue greatness.
Rodgers 1 ring, Brees 1 ring, Favre 1 ring, Marino no rings..... Aikmen 3 rings....
I think Rodgers needs to buy in a little bit too. The other skill position guys in GB seem to love LaFleur's system, it's Rodgers that is dealing with that "sometimes I don't get to audible out cause coach wants to see how the defense reacts to certain schemes" thing. If LaFleur has any sense he'll let Rodgers do his thing and have a ton of input into the offense, allow him to call audibles as he sees the field, etc.. This is a big thing for me too. Gotta wonder what Brees or Rodgers would have done in that front office Brady has had where they spend money to get him help and constantly rotate out guys that are not needed anymore. It's a team sport which is why I hate when people use rings to argue greatness.

Suppose I should look into that. But why not just have a Savings and Checking account with one bank/credit union?
From The Authoritarians:I suspect that he literally is somewhat handicapped.
But what got this started was noting that he and much of the right here (at least unconsciously) holds an anti-rationalist philosophy. That is, it's not just that they're trying to be rational and failing but that they reject rationality as inauthentic. Acting on impulse is seen as the path to being a "real person."
Intrigued, I gave the inferences test that Mary Wegmann had used to two large samples of students at my university. In both studies high RWAs (Right Wing Authoritarians) went down in flames more than others did. They particularly had trouble figuring out that an inference or deduction was wrong. To illustrate, suppose they had gotten the following syllogism:
All fish live in the sea.
Sharks live in the sea..
Therefore, sharks are fish.
The conclusion does not follow, but high RWAs would be more likely to say the reasoning is correct than most people would. If you ask them why it seems right, they would likely tell you, “Because sharks are fish.” In other words, they thought the reasoning was sound because they agreed with the last statement. If the conclusion is right, they figure, then the reasoning must have been right. Or to put it another way, they don’t “get it” that the reasoning matters--especially on a reasoning test.
This is not only “Illogical, Captain,” as Mr. Spock would say, it’s quite dangerous, because it shows that if authoritarian followers like the conclusion, the logic involved is pretty irrelevant. The reasoning should justify the conclusion, but for a lot of high RWAs, the conclusion validates the reasoning. Such is the basis of many a prejudice, and many a Big Lie that comes to be accepted. Now one can easily overstate this finding. A lot of people have trouble with syllogistic reasoning, and high RWAs are only slightly more likely to make such mistakes than low RWAs are. But in general high RWAs seem to have more trouble than most people do realizing that a conclusion is false.
Or "big dick swinging look at all the money I can blow".
Your pick
ON a serious note... stupid idea to keep two bank accounts? I still have an account with my old bank in Washington that I really like and I'm debating keeping it and dropping like 10% of each of my paychecks into it as an "emergency" or "buy cool shit" fund with the Credit Union out here being my primary "pay rent, pay bills, buy food so I don't die" fund.
Thoughts?

100%. But the great QBs are allowed to flourish. Peyton ran the offense, Brady has room for decision making, etc..I think Rodgers needs to buy in a little bit too. Pretty sure Tom Brady destroyed his cell phone during DeflateGate

I feel like this is overlooked all the time. Per minute doesn't she even make more than Rodgers and Matty Ice do?It also helped that Brady married a chick worth half a Billion $ so he took team friendly deals
They're allowed to run the offense, within a scheme. Rodgers was forced in 2015 without Jordy to improvise and the problem was he got too used to it like Trotsky mentions below that he didn't return to the west coast shit that worked with the team100%. But the great QBs are allowed to flourish. Peyton ran the offense, Brady has room for decision making, etc..
It's no coincidence the team stopped running pick plays and shit at that stage.Totally disagree. Rodgers needs to be reigned in BIG time when it comes to holding onto the ball and extending the play. He's been cancerous to the offense in terms of building rhythm. It started in 2015 when Jordy was injured, Lacy was a fat load, Davante had literally one of the worst seasons by a receiver in NFL history, and Cobb was hobbled: receivers couldn't get separation against press so he'd extend every single play. The problem became that, in 2016, 2017, and 2018, he didn't get back to west coast fundamentals.
You just can't operate an offense like that for a full game.
Bruins fan so.... yell angry and shake a fist while dreaming of the glory years?*sigh* what will I do with this goy?
Seriously, just listen to Dave Ramsey.

And btw I think Rodgers is the best in the game (Mahomes could take that over this year) and has been for probably the last 4-5 years.
Edit: more like the last 8 years.
Yes. It should cut into your interest faster. Each payment should go more towards principal then if you do it all at once, since the interest accumulates by the minute, essentially.@BarryDillon have you heard of people paying their mortgage biweekly as opposed to monthly?
I saw an article that it will drastically cut down on the amount of interest you pay and can shave 4-5 years off of a 30 year mortgage
1aI've always had Brees as my GOAT but you can obviously make the case for Rodgers.
Speaking of which, this top mind just knows that I must have gotten my infraction from an emotional outburst, so he doesn't have to look into how I actually got it. Why waste time researching when its easier to just know things, amirite?
Cause they'd get wrecked. Same as the Kung Fu idiots:
Traditional martial arts are great for like, staying in shape and shit (for the most part) but practically speaking are useless. Even like the shit I did like kendo is useless in a real fight cause if I get a broomstick or a baseball bat I'm swinging that bitch at an attackers like a fucking baseball bat.
