I think he's saying that Mayor Pete is just as lacking in qualifications as Gabbard. And saying that he's perfectly qualified, and that she isn't qualified is inconsistent as a position.

But it's not because Buttigieg's education and private-sector experience way trumps Gabbard's. There's a huge, huge difference. And, as I said, if he doesn't care about that, that's fine, but I care about it, and I made that clear long before Buttigieg was even on my radar. I think it's objectively true that he regularly misrepresents arguments, and I demonstrated that earlier ITT. I don't think he could find an example of me doing that.
