She slipped. Insurance company says it's not their fault but cleaning company, and is now non-responsive.

What I gathered.

Edit: and she now is planning to sue @BEER 's repair shop if I understood correctly

One time though a skin came up to our little group as we sat outside waiting for the doors. He asks my friend for a smoke. Friend gives him one. Then he asks for a light. Friend obliges. So I ask "Do you need him to smoke it for you too?". Not sure the skin said anything when he walked off. All my buddies are like WTF????. lol. I was that kinda kid.

Ironic that you, of all people, would call anyone a racist little prick. All I said about that poster was that I remembered him. Don't compromise your limited reading abilities further by being too eager to come at me, just because you got slapped back to reality earlier.

Heh. Puts me in mind of a few conversations drunken fools have started with me about "those fucking immigrants". Of course it's always those "other" immigrants they're talking about when I laugh in their faces.

@Sara I recommend you retain legal counsel. It doesn’t matter if the cleaning company is partially at fault or not, the store has what’s known as “occupier’s liability”. They’re liable to you for your injury. If the cleaners were negligent then the store can always bring them into the law suit via what’s known as a third-party claim where the store is basically saying that if they’re liable to you, then the cleaners are liable to them.

In any event if the store is ghosting you then they’re hoping that either you’ll just go away, or they mistakenly believe that they can escape liability here and that you’ll just go after the cleaners.

You’re not in Canada, are you? If you are I can probably give you some referrals if you were in Ontario, BC or Alberta. If you’re anywhere else then I probably cannot.

They were separating the crowd for the wall of death, boneheads on one side, sharps on the other, me anticipating the pending violence, and some poor hardcore kids who had no idea what was coming.

I really miss those days.

I had one "skinhead" friend in HS. One night after work, us two and my Mexican buddy went to rock some tunes in my car and suck down some beers (or maybe tequila). So Mexican asks skinhead what's up with his views. I'm like, "oh boy" to Mexican bro. He goes "Maybe he knows something I don't.".

Still cracks me up to this day.

I've had it out with straight edge goons once or twice. They never really had the numbers to get the upper hand in my experiences with them but I might find them to be the most irritating sub group in the punk hardcore scene. As an adult i love when you see an old dude with buncha sXe tats at the bar
