The thing is...most people would agree that the picture was in bad taste. No disagreement there.

But they spent thousands - probably tens of thousands - in taxpayer money hunting this guy down...just for a charge that will be immediately dismissed if a competent judge presides. They charged him with harassing a corpse...by posting a photo...of a different gravesite...from a music album.
