Casino Royale, IMOI barely know James Bond beyond Sean Connery. What's the best non-Connery Bond flick out there?

2006 Casino Royal
I purchased it earlier today from Fandango at Home (aka Vudu) on Kowboy's recommendation, and liking the context of Bond getting his 00.Casino Royale, IMO
This one sounds good too, but I have to get in the right mood to watch a movie set in that era.Goldeneye and Pierce but only in that one movie.
Goldfinger>>>>>>>>>>>>>>.every other Bond Big Bad. It's not even close.
That was the hottest female I ever saw at that time. My young brain got fucked for a lifetime by her. He's up there, much better than the latest Bond villain that we have, who didn't even have any beef with 007
My favorite henchman/henchwoman is Xenia Onatopp

Was bad to the bone when that dude said "No Mr. Bond, I expect you to die."
The single best line any Bond villain has ever said.
Gert Frobe, who played Goldfinger, didn't speak English, so he learned the script phonetically and they dubbed another actor's voice for his scenes.
When the film was released, it was banned in Israel because it came out that Frobe had been a member of the Nazi party and fought in WWII. Then members of a Jewish family came forward to set the record straight: Frobe had actually hid them in the cellar of his own house, protecting them from the SS and Gestapo. If they'd been found, they would have been sent to the death camps and Frobe himself would have been executed.
In the Fort Knox scene, Goldfinger uses an MP-40 submachine gun to kill US soldiers. In most war films, soldiers hold the MP-40's magazine, which can cause the weapon to jam. Frobes holds the weapon by the underside of the barrel, almost certainly based on his real life experience.
Frobe hated filming the scene where the Wise Guys are killed by poison gas. For obvious reasons, it brought back very unpleasant memories...
Speaking of great villains, Oddjob is up there.
Oddjobs karate chop to Bonds neck is one of the first exposures to karate in the West. Clint did it in one of those spaghetti westerns too.

Goldeneye, Casino Royale, and Skyfall. The Roger Moore films if you didn't grow up watching them could come off as almost a parodyWhat's the best non-Connery Bond flick out there?
Blofeld is for sure the most iconic and he was in 8 films.Ernst Stavro Blofeld is the best Bond villian
I know that Goldfinger and (Donald Pleasence) Blofeld are popular choices, but to me, these guys were just typical "Curses! Foiled again!" villains who turned tail at the first sign of trouble.
I think that The Man with the Golden Gun is under-rated and Saramenga and Nick Nack were top tier Bond villains. Both of these guys had Bond dead to rights. It was like a role reversal where Bond was reduced to being the "Curses! Foiled again!" guy.
