I can't hate on chelios he always had my respect even when he played for the wrong team. But fuck Eddie the eagle right in the ear. Was like that song stan where we waited in the cold and he just said no. He's lucky my mama didn't snatch out his eyeball.
Chelios has a restaurant near my sisters house and whenever we drive by it she says "hey fett, will you take me to lunch at Chelios's?" "No, fuck you for bringing it up again and again"

Why not just watch it now?
Its not the same man, certain shows you gotta watch as a kid. Idk, maybe Sailor Moon holds up but I have a feeling it would've had a much bigger impact on me as a young lad as opposed to watching it now. Also its like 200 episodes, ain't nobody got time for that...well I probably do but if I'm going to watch a super long retro anime series I'd probably watch Lupin or Urusei Yatsura first.

Inuyasha was a girl show I saw as a kid and I definitely do no regret that. At first it seems like a typical battle shounen but at the time I wasn't familiar with Rumiko Takahashi and her experience as a romantic comedy writer which heavily influences the show. So sure it has fantasy battles and stuff but secretly my favorite parts were the romantic comedy bits. Like come on, I know this Naraku is not the real one and just a stupid clone, can we just skip to the part where Kagome and Inuyasha go on a date?

Do you fuck with Days N Daze at all? Might be up your alley if you like the acoustic stuff. I saw them live a few years back and it was one of the best shows I've ever seen.

Yea I fuck with days n daze and like their stuff alot.

And funny you should bring that genre up. After ska folk and folk punk is probably my second fave genre of music.

First time I heard Tim Barry solo was one of those magic moments just like hearing cv the first time where I took notice and new this was gonna be part of my life from here on out.

I recall (again this may be utter bollocks) him blaming his performance at Live Aid on being upset about the famine in Africa.
The excuse my brain dredges up was the satellite lag threw him off. But I am not confident of it either.

I never went to chelis chilli but I should have.

How you gonna hate a man for joining the redwings. Everyone wanted to be a wing back then. Its not like he went to Colorado or New Jersey.

I saw them with Leftover Crack and Cop Out last year. That was an amazing show.

I wanted to catch that tour when it came around but IIRC it was on a weekday and I bitched out.

Still love the music but as a sober person, I feel extremely out of place with the crowd at shows like that.

I am as confident as Sidney Powell currently is, that he said something about the thought of starving africans affecting his performance.

Unfortunately, I'm probably about as accurate as Ms Powell currently is.

Oh hi, I did nazi you there.
you need to do some yoga and let some of that bottled up frustration go away

Bridge City Sinners fucking slaps.

I mean, I don't do heroin so I felt a little out of place myself. The energy was insane though. 10/10 show.

I used to do heroin, so I can get on board with a lot of their themes. It's just funny when you see the other people who enjoy the music and then feel like you couldn't have less in common with them. Like you said though, the energy was nuts. Everyone was singing along, pure good vibes. Kind of odd actually, considering the dark subject matter.
