Not really. As much as we all form our views from personal experience, @BEER's case rings true for so many addicts who have fallen down that path, and it's understandable why it could be alarming to some. You're giving an admitted addict more shit to get addicted to. Handing out some serious shit to people who are prone to addiction is not smart.

That said, @BEER is a big boy and can make his own decisions. His addictions are his own problem. The potential consequences are as well.

Nicotine and caffeine are my only chemical dependencies, but I appreciate the concern.
