Will fighting Colby and the racial/political element between them awaken Woodley from his stupor?
I hope so. I wouldn't mind seeing t-wood knock out Colby but if he doesn't Colby will win and grind out another decision

I said it before but he's 38..... he just might be done

This is my opinion as well. But he doesn’t appear to be physically cooked, more like mentally done. So curious if this could be a matchup to jolt the give a damn back into him, or if he just keeps his same timid ways in the cage

I am wholly opposed to people who post the truth in these forums, so as a tactic I will gaslight and tell them that their threads "somehow manage to keep getting worse, bud" and hope this somehow sticks in their psyche. Did I mention I learned my one and only debating tactic from my personal hero?
Fixed that for you.

Yeah, Philo has some dog shit threads but they do lack humor. Larry is a master of making train wrecks.

Philo made so many shitty threads that he changed his name from fonzob1 because he got dunked on so often.

Remember the thread where he got killed so hard he changed the entire title and OP like 100 posts in? Classic.

Like it or not China is asserting itself in the region and in the globe and they definitely still have hard feelings towards the Japanese. As is Japan is already one of the world's strongest military powers, they just need to amend the constitution to give themselves more legal room to do anything other than self defense which will be necessary against China.

Also a good movie though the first one is probably better.

I'm not sure who you're trying to convince here. There's no question of whether I like "it" or not. I already disavowed a personal contribution to the topic and all that may be true; I'm only passing on what the people of Japan in general seem to think according to my wife, or at the very least, her own more or less informed opinion as a native born citizen of that country. Could her view be influenced or misled by biased or inaccurate reporting? Sure, of course as can anyone. I don't have a way to verify one way or the other. But I don't see anything here that's a good argument for why Japan needs to act in anything other than self-defense, though I grant I know pretty much nothing about the Japanese constitution that I didn't learn from my wife. Regardless, the thought of changing the constitution in that manner seems to send chills down the spine of everyday Japanese.

That's the problem. The Japanese think they don't have to play geopolitics the way other major nations do because the US basically serves as their military.

The Japanese people sound like they live in lala land. Its not about wanting to build your military, its about accepting the fact that China wants to eat your lunch so you need to build your military.
Whether it's a problem or not, I can't say, but what I said is an accurate depiction of some factors leading why some think Abe was a shitty PM, which was really my only point in the first place.
