Yeah. The first Terminator was a vastly superior film.Great movie but to me T2 was a disappointment.

I wanted SuperSuperRambo but that was takenI wanted Iron Head, but it was taken.
Yeah. The first Terminator was a vastly superior film.
You mean erection night? I'll be enjoying the chaotic maelstrom that is the War Room.Like the herp.
Just kidding.
Whats everyone doing for election night? I think I'm gonna have a little kick back for teotwawki.
He has been trying to reignite militarism and reverse the constitutional controls on military expansion. He's also a Trump cheerleader and followed his lead in using public funds for personal/partisan political gain. And more.Ah right, the LDF lost in 2007 before winning again in 2012 right? I think that was one of only a handful of times the LDF lost an election. Abe is often put in the pantheon of right wing nationalists like Trump, Bolsonaro, Modi, Erdogan and so on but is that really fair? I don't know Japanese politics nearly well enough to say either way.
Off the coast of VenturaWho here has ever heard of the Channel islands of California?

Disclaimer:based entirely upon my wife's analysis of Japanese media sources.

I Haven't heard any outrage from the right about it. if anything they approve of it.It's this kind of spinelessness that gives me hope Trump's base won't go apeshit if they end up being the only ones to vote for him or if it's at all close. Otherwise, they will see it as the greatest of all conspiracies and I fear for y'all if that happens. They're far too fucking stupid for the most part to cop to reality and realize they've been fantasizing but they mostly seem pretty clay-footed. Keeping my fingers crossed.
If I were Japanese I'd still probably give credence to my wife's opinion because she's a smart cookie. The issue is perception is reality no matter the intent of the military leadership. The average person in Japan wants no part of any form of militarism. They just want to be left alone and to leave everyone else alone and have fun and make cute things and eat and drink and be happy. They know the rest of the world still has the occasional bit of hard feelings for them and they want nothing more than to put to bed any fears it could possibly happen again. Even with a military sucking who knows what out of their already-troubled economy, they would still need help from the US to fend off the likes of China, and the whole time, the average person would just be terrified of getting nuked again day after day. So where do they gain?If I were Japanese I'd be scared/annoyed to be so dependent upon the American military. We're talking 2 different agendas, motivations, and loyalties.
Ha! Actually I agree on that one too but Terminator 2 is at least comparable in quality to the first one whereas as Trainspotting 2 is not nearly as good as preceding film.Yeah. The first Terminator was a vastly superior film.
Its not nearly as good as the first film. However, if you really liked the first one I would recommend watching it. The cast reprise their roles and mostly bring a lot of the energy they had the first time around, its just the script could be better. Overall an average film with Danny Boyle's flair that also has a few strong scenes in it with decent performances overall by the cast.I havent brought myself around to watch it.
I heard it was subpar. Loved the 1st one
I know that but that's a good thing. We need allies in the region to check China's power and Japan is an excellent contender for that kind of role. It makes sense that Abe would support Trump given Trump's anti-China stance so from his perspective it seems rational. He has been trying to reignite militarism and reverse the constitutional controls on military expansion. He's also a Trump cheerleader and followed his lead in using public funds for personal/partisan political gain. And more.

Pretty sure he means Tremors 2. Derp.Yeah. The first Terminator was a vastly superior film.
Like it or not China is asserting itself in the region and in the globe and they definitely still have hard feelings towards the Japanese. As is Japan is already one of the world's strongest military powers, they just need to amend the constitution to give themselves more legal room to do anything other than self defense which will be necessary against China. If I were Japanese I'd still probably give credence to my wife's opinion because she's a smart cookie.
