(Not hating btw, I would be into proportionally big girls if I wasn’t so intimidate by them)
Did you ever read A Series of Unfortunate Events? It's YA fiction but I still absolutely love it.Have you read anything of hers that is not Harry Potter?
I also find most young adult fiction to be poorly written, which I found insulting as a young adult.
For Beatrice--You will always be in my heart, in my mind, and in your grave.
The story of the Baudelaires does not take place in a fictional land where lollipops grow on trees and singing mice do all of the chores. The story of the Baudelaires takes place in a very real world, where some people are laughed at just because they have something wrong with them, and where children can find themselves all alone in the world, struggling to understand the sinister mystery that surrounds them...
Even Ben Shapiro gave a fair and honest take on it, when you're less reasonable and more partisan that Ben Shapiro you know you're off the deep end.
I've seen some serious moral outrage outside of Sherdog, mostly by people who have only seen the poster.
I get that, I just thought the policies you used as a throwaway example in your discussion of third party politics are a lot more interesting that the wider discussion itself.
I think in theory it might be better but in practice not worth the effort to achieve in the US.
I like school girl outfits, not because of the creepy adolescent angle but because I like the combo of dress shirt and short kilted skirts. In Japan the school girl outfit is dress shirt with a box pleat skirt which is even better.
You're "advocating for it" in the sense of saying we should have it, but you're opposing the means for actually increasing access. It's a performance for you, while other people (including people you shit on) are actually working to make things better.
He never lost by KO. TKO yes, so you know, asterisk, but never flat out KO'd. Even against Ali and Foreman. Chin like a cinder block. And yes, pretty chill dude by all accounts.I met him 2 years ago at work. A guy I worked with who was an ex pro boxer knew him personally. Hell of a guy. Still pretty lucid and had a very strong handshake. Very approachable and nice guy to talk to. He definitely looked like he could knock out a bull still though and he has a very intimidating aura. Not like he’s a thug or anything just that he’s very big framed and direct with people when he talks.
To be fair the reason why a lot of people went after Netflix was because of the way they marketed Cuties. The poster, the synopsis (overly charitable way to describe Netflix's shitty description box), the trailer... Netflix not only failed to properly market Cuties on the basis of what it tried to display, they went out of their way to market it as something else entirely.I never really looked into the "Cuties" controversy about Netflix andphilia, because I kind of presumed it was cynical pearl clutching by conservatives, but I didn't realize until I just read about the ordeal just how accurate my assumptions were. Even my somewhat conciliatory assumptions - that the show was validating child pageantry in a way similar to Honey Boo Boo - were giving the controversy too much credit, as the film explicitly explores the damage and perversity of child pageantry. So the whole thing was just a propaganda campaign from conservatives who lack a platform without fleeting culture war battlefields.

There's little to no correlation between the ability to tell a good story and the business acumen (for the lack of a better term) needed to identify the story elements that will be popular among the target audience.Have you read anything of hers that is not Harry Potter?

And ignoring the rest of my post and the intent of the first one you replied to, which said nothing about practicability. Weird of you when I am backing your view (IIRC) that a spoiled ballot (or protest or 3rd party vote) is effectively a vote for Trump.No. I'm starting from the current American system and asking if there's a good reason to radically change things.
Is Anime Haram?
No. However, as long as you do not watch ecchi, hentai, yaoi, yuri or anything sexual at all, it's fine to watch anime. There is also the aspect where if you watch anime & forget to pray/fast, it will become haram. Anything that stops you from praying or practicing islam is considered haram.

Don't watch so much anime that you forget to pray and fast, @Kaliph of Kush![]()

You know, I could be absolutely fine with ultraweebs like those. There's a lot of fandom out there that I find to be waaaaaay more toxic when taken to it's extremes (sports being the prime example).Tbh as much as I love anime I don't see how its not a modern case of idolatry
