My tastes might be a tad bit more edgy than yours. How about this?

Then you're a fan of this gorgeousness and gorgeosity made flesh?

Thats not bad but not my thing either

Yes I do think you enjoy a much harder sound than I do.

How bout

Yeah, definitely a wee bit more piss & vinegar on my end. How about this one?

Yea I can get down to that it kinda reminds me of minor threat.

I think this is probably the most hardcore shit that I listen to but I was trying to stay oldshool with my choices cuz i thought we were still on the 90s

It's a punk vs ska vs metal vs grunge ultimate cage match!

Here's some more Sacred Reich you pansies...

Huge SR fan. Excellent live band too. SR was punk to metal as Broken Bones was metal to punk. More or less.

Cliffs: manlet post a thread about stealing some guy's girlfriend and inserts a random picture of some hot chick off the internet.

Happened yesterday at a bar at 11:35. Was hanging out drinking a beer and this guy, I'd say 6'2ish jock looking dude goes "hey manlet get out of the seat", I smiled and made eye contact with his girl (blonde, tan skin very attractive) and then looked back at the TV. The guy was so flustered by the fact that I didn't care and turned red like a tomato. Several minutes later I'm scrolling through my phone and I feel a tap on my shoulder, I expect it to be the same guy but instead it's girl who apologizes to me and says that her bf can be such a dick. I told her I found it funny and made her laugh, she said she noticed me smiling at her and gave me her number. Well, guess who's got a new date this friday :)? Just goes to show, sometimes it's your BRAIN that matters more than your PHYSIQUE. Let this be a lesson to the losers out there who judge people.
well, there goes any chance I had at being productive at work today

You lost plausible deniability after approximately the 400th time something like this came up with you.

No clue what you mean, but I'll assume you consider whatever it is to be sufficient rationalization for your low-brow behavior. You've maybe even deluded yourself into thinking you're doing the world a service by being a dick whenever you disagree with someone. Please step up your level of discourse in the future if you wish to interact with me.

No.

I think there should be more workouts where you do "just enough" to get in shape, and not try to get jacked, or pumped, or be a weakling. There has to be a happy medium to thrashing the irons to punch the zone, and that 90 pound guy who does 20 reps of the lightest weight possible.

I would call it, "The I'm busy and just want to get max results with minimum effort" exercise, only need a good name.

I think I've kind of mastered that approach through a lot of experimentation, but trainers should be all over that mentality. It's what most people want at heart, because I'm BUSY!
I agree. My brother is turning into somewhat of a gym rat, reading exercise books and hitting the gym several times a week when he can. I try to ask him to give me what you're talking about here, a fairly bare bones workout that won't take so much time. He's not playing ball, keeps telling me to read his damn book and hit the gym like he does. Fuck that, if I'm going to read I sure as hell won't waste my time reading a training manual.
Actually Firas Zahabi (my old coach, gsp trainer/aka tri star), is a big believer of everyday but 50%. More quantity of excercise overall but less strain on the body. Go time is for pre fights. If you could not do more than 10 pull ups, max, do 5 every day, until it's easy to do 6. It's a sort of greasing the groove concept.
I've seen him talk about that, I like that approach. Seems like it makes training more fun.

Then we won't be interacting.

If you're interested in weight training this is a good bare bones start:

Always remember to warm-up, doing sets at a lighter weight but lift them just as if they were the heavier weights. Form is important.
